www.ICOC-orientalrugs.org Meets every three years in an internaiontal city.THE 12th International Conference on Oriental Carpets will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, June 16-19, 2011. Important events are the International Dealers' Fair, a special exhibition of rare Turkmen carpets and trappings, private collections, the world famous "Marby' rug and a full calendar of academic lectures.. A pre-conference tour to Copenhagen,Denmark and a post-conference tour to St. Petersburg, Russia will be art-filled as well as rich in carpet and textile offerings.

The 9th conference to meet in St. Louis was postponed to a future year..
